Refund policy

Right of withdrawal in accordance with §13 BGB (German Civil Code)

 

If you are a consumer (§ 13 BGB), you have a right to cancel orders in our Online Shop, which we inform you about as follows:

(1) Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reasons.

The withdrawal period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the products.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (UrBestSelf GmbH, Marienburger Str. 1, 10405 Berlin, Tel: +49 0176 3456 2103, E-mail: hello@urbestself.co) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) about your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

To maintain the withdrawal period, it shall be sufficient for you to send the notice about the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

(2) Consequences of cancellation

Should you cancel this contract, we shall refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you had chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day upon which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. We shall use the same method of payment you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; in no case will you be charged for such repayment. We may refuse to refund until we have received the products back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the products, whichever is the earlier.

You shall return or deliver the products to us (UrBestSelf GmbH, Marienburger Str. 1, 10405 Berlin) immediately and in any case within 14 days of the day upon which you inform us about the cancellation of this contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you send the products before the expiry of the period of 14 days.

You shall bear the immediate costs of returning the products.

You shall pay for any loss of value of the products only if this loss of value is due to a handling of them that is not necessary to check the condition, characteristics and functioning of the products.
